  FLAWLESSGFX POLICIES 

Business hours: Monday-Friday: 3Pm-7PM cst | Weekends: CLOSED 

Payment methods: Payment(s) made to (Flawlessgfx | Flawlessbosscollection) will be made via (preferred payment method). No other method is or will be accepted by this business. Payment plans are available via (shop pay) at checkout.

Forms of CommunicationFor legal purposes (Flawlessgfx & Flawless boss collection) will only communicate via email. By doing so both parties are able to keep a paper trail of all conversations had. Please respond back to emails after DRAFT is sent within 5 days or order will be mark as “Completed” and you will need to pay additional to reopen order. 

Turnaround times: Will be under each service description 

Drafts: Draft images of ANY kind are for the purpose of approval only. You are prohibited to copy, manipulate, or distribute the draft designs to anyone for any reason. All drafts are the property of (Flawlessgfx |  Please respond back to emails after DRAFT is sent within 5 days or order will be mark as “Completed” and you will need to pay additional to reopen order. 

Resize | Fix design etc: Once order has been completed and its been over a week and you need size or anything fixed on a design Flawlessgfx created it will be a fee ranging from $25 & up! Keep in mind it depends on what is needed to be changed. Price will vary but it will start at $25. 

Rights to use designs: Once this project is completed, (the Client's name) “the Client”, grants permission to, (Flawlessgfx) “the business”, to use for portfolio and/or marketing purposes unless agreed upon otherwise.

Disappearance(Ghost) feeAlthough I do understand life happens, in most instances you can communicate with me. If your have placed an order and do not submit your information within (#

you will receive 1 courtesy email. If you do not fill out the form (48-72hours of of this email, your order will be closed.

In the instance in the middle of your project, you disappear, you will receive 1 courtesy email. If you do not respond within (48 of hours) of this email, your order will be closed.

All closed orders can be reopened within (# of hours/days) of closure for a fee of ($50) which will need to be paid in full. If you attempt to reopen your order outside of the time frame stated above, you will need to pay full price for the services previously ordered.

Duplicating designs:(Flawlessgfx) will not copy any designs. Referencing is permitted but we will not duplicate anybody's work, including our own.

NO RESPONSE AFTER ORDER: You will have 7 days to respond to emails and draft files. If I have not got a response from client within (7) days I will have to close out order and you will have to pay additional fee for your order to be reopen  

I, (DESTINY), reserve the right to discontinue service is:

● The customer is using profanity, or being disrespectful.

●  The customer threatens an employee or the business owner, making that party feel like they are in danger.

  • ●  The customer breaks the lawful rules of this business.

  • ●  A charge has been disputed mid service.

  • ●  The customer is being condescending or belittling.

  • ●  Lack of communication.

●  If the design asked of them does not meet a level of professionalism. This includes but is not limited to: poor quality pictures, profanity, lack of communication and more.                                                    
Client responsibility ●  Clients are responsible for providing the correct information and photos at the beginning. (Your business name) will not be responsible for missing information on your behalf.
    • ●  (Your business name) is not responsible for any misspelling or misinformation that the customer provides. The information that you submit is the information that will be used.

    • ●  Clients are responsible for proofreading all information submitted before the order is finalized.

    • ●  An upcharge will incur if we have to go in and change any information that was not proofread.

    • ●  Clients are responsible for grammatically correct information. If provided with grammatically incorrect information, you will be asked to correct it.

    Failure to abide can result in legal actions: Failure to abide by said policy set by (Flawlessgfx) will result in disciplinary actions such as no longer being able to book our services or legal actions.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS: When booking any graphic design services with Flawlessgfx you are agreeing to all terms. You are giving Flawlessgfx/ Flawlessbosscollection permission to charge you card with any services you book on www.flawlessbosscollection.com.


     

    REFUNDS:  Due to the nature of all services provided by Flawlessgfx | Flawlessbosscollection refunds are not eligible.     Cancellation of a project: Once information has been submitted via (form submission method), the project will begin. After this point, if the customer would like to cancel the project they reserve the right to do so but a refund will not be eligible if this decision is made.

    REVISIONS: All graphic designs services comes with 2 or 3 complimentary revisions. Any extra revisions will be a $10 additional fee. PLEASE NOTE: Revisions are NOT creating a completely new design. Once you have approved the design and signed off on the design no more edits are able to be made. It is your responsibility to double check everything before I send the finalize design over to you. 

    PRINTING + SHIPPING: Please understand with printing services it does take additional 3-5 days after you have signed off on design and I have sent files over for print. FLAWLESSGFX is not responsible for any LOST OR STOLEN packages, please double check the address to ensure it is correct. Tracking number will be provided once I have received tracking number from printing company and from then I will mark your order as complete.
